Hello 2020!

It has been awhile since I posted anything about life so thought I would share some thoughts today…

Since mid-Sep we have been doing the Ketogenic diet. Words can't express how thrilled I am with this new lifestyle! Here are some perks:
  • Shorter grocery trips and less $$$ spent.
  • No need to budget money every month for restaurants.
  • Feel better during the day, sleep better at night.
  • No bloating or any other symptoms of lactose intolerance.
  • New clothes - I'm back to a size 12!
  • Healthier husband

Great recipe - Parmesian Crisps:
Put parchment paper on a cookie sheet and preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Take 1 cup of Parmesan cheese (grated or shredded works) and divide it into 12 piles (like cookies) on the cookie sheet.
Sprinkle each with some dried basil.
Bake for 5-7 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy!
